Almuñecar is an ever evolving city and is becoming more and more touristy. There is plenty of ancient history from the city’s past; their gastronomy is a large part of the city’s culture.
The city is located at the head of a flourishing valley and next to the warm waters of the Mediterranean Sea with a subtropical climate.

When you think of a traditional Andalusian town, you probably think of Mijas – it is one of Spain’s most treasured locations and is loved by locals and expats alike.
Mijas has several distinct areas that ensures anyone can find their ideal spot.
As Mijas is so big and has so many different areas, the prices differ a lot.
