  Charming well laid out duplex apartment in the older part of Salobreña, located just under 15 minutes walk to the beach and all the cosy restaurants. To the nearest supermarket, you have only 8 minutes walk. From the apartment you will enjoy an unparalleled view of the Mediterranean Sea and the valley Salobrena-Bajo, sun from morning to night.
  
  We enter the apartment through a lovely open terrace for sunbathing, also a great place to enjoy late summer evenings. Once inside the apartment we find a large cosy living room with a beautiful rustic fireplace, part of the room is used as an office. Climbing the beautiful staircase to the upper floor, here you will find two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen of good size. The kitchen adjoins the crown jewel of the apartment, a large covered terrace which is used all year round with wonderful views of the Mediterranean and Salobreña.
  
  The apartment has a rustic Spanish style that the owner has preserved from the previous owner, including the handmade flooring with an authentic style. The electricity has been replaced and when this was done, new old style electric cables and switches were purchased to preserve the rustic feel.
  
  Salobreña has a subtropical climate and is located between Almuñécar and Motril, it takes just under 20 minutes in either direction to reach either town. Motril is a much larger town and has more general services, including a large hospital. An 18-hole golf course is only 12 minutes away by car. Malaga airport is just over an hour away by car, and there are also regular bus services from Malaga to Salobreña. During the winter months, Granada and skiing in the Sierra Nevada, the best of both worlds, are only an hour and a half away by car.
