    We welcome you to this incredible, stylish apartment right on the Paseo Maritimo in Los Boliches, a desired area of Fuengirola.
    Within the gated complex of Porlamar, you'll find this completely renovated top-floor apartment consisting of 3 spacious bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (whereas 1 is en-suite).
    The apartment is the only one located on this floor, ensuring you won't be disturbed by any next-door neighbours or upstairs neighbours.

    When entering the apartment, you step into a grand entrance from where you can either continue into the open kitchen-dining room or to the area of the apartment where 2 of the 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom are located. The doors into the bedrooms and the bathroom are from the Italian brand Garofoli and creates an "invisible" look when closed. The bathroom consists of a toilet and a shower with all fittings of the highest Italian quality. Both of the bedrooms are bright and airy with fitted wardrobes and views of the sea. One of the rooms also has access to the southwest-facing terrace from where you have incredible views of the sea, the pool and the city of Fuengirola. On this terrace there is an area hidden behind a glass door perfect for utilities.

    The modern kitchen is designed by Italian Poliform and is packed with all kinds of luxurious features including the appliances and wine fridge from Liebherr and Neff. At the end of the kitchen, you'll find a barista corner with the perfect set-up to make your morning coffee.
    Next to the kitchen, there's a dining area where you can sit and enjoy a nice meal while appreciating the incredible views. From here you can enter the southwest-facing terrace. If the sun gets too much, simply roll down the electric see-through blinds so you can stay shaded whilst still enjoying the views.

    The big living room invites to cosy gatherings with plenty of space and a great atmosphere. There's access to the terrace facing directly to the beach and the sea. The sunrise from here is incredible, and during the winter, you can close the glass curtains so you can enjoy the view without being cold. This same terrace can also be accessed from the 3rd bedroom, which is the master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. The master bedroom is separated from the living room by a bronze sliding glass door from the brand Garofoli, which gives a completely unique look. For even more privacy there is an exclusive curtain that can be drawn. The door into the en-suite bathroom is the same type of bronze glass door from Garofoli. This bathroom also has luxurious Italian fittings and includes both a shower and a large Italian designer bathtub. Both of the bathrooms have underfloor heating.

    There's air conditioning in all rooms, so you can both cool down during the summer months or turn the heat up in the winter. You'll have sun from morning until late evening. In the bedrooms, you'll find electric and manual roller blinds from Bandalux.

    The apartment has not been rented out and has only been used 6-8 weeks of the year, so you can expect it to be in perfect condition and very well looked after. Porlamar is one of the earliest communities on the Paseo Maritimo. You'll find a pool for Porlamar only, which is open all year around and a well-kept garden. There's a maintenance guy who looks after the complex full-time. There's parking within the complex which is strictly for residents. Furthermore, the complex has undergone a complete renovation so all facades appear as new.

    The location of the apartment is unbeatable! You have everything within walking distance. The beach and sea are only a few metres away. You can walk to smaller and larger supermarkets as well as the centre of the city where you'll find plenty of shopping, restaurants and cafes. There are no bars or restaurants located right by the complex, which means you find yourself in an undisturbed area (whilst still being close to everything). The train station of Los Boliches is within walking distance as well, so you can easily get to the airport or Málaga city.
