Where did you grow up?

I was raised in Charlottenlund, Denmark.

What is your professional background?

I have worked with my family in our own alarm company for 30 years, which we built up from scratch into a well-recognized business with a control centre and emergency response, which we sold in 2017 to Sector Alarm.

What are your hobbies?

Enjoying nature, reading books, doing pilates, walks on the beach or in the mountains, and lovely cosy moments with family and friends.

What attracted you to Costa del Sol?

What I love most about the Costa del Sol is the lovely blue sky that appears almost every day, the openness one encounters on the coast, different nationalities and outdoor sports.

What do you like most about being a real estate agent?

The best part about the job is that every day is different. I get to meet interesting new people. Finding the right home for each customer is exciting, showing them around, and helping with various issues. When you are new to the coast, you often need guidance and support, and it gives me a lot of joy to help people get started.

What is your personal advice for buying a home?

Visit different areas and find the one that meets your expectations. Make sure to get good advice about the buying process so that there are no unforeseen surprises. Remember that we are on the sunny coast with over 150 different nationalities and things work a bit differently than what you are used to back home.

What is a fun fact about you?

My nickname in primary school was “Cool Chrissy”, but it was changed to “Crunchy Chrissy” after a team event with Kaarsberg Estate.
