On Thursday, 23rd of February, Kaarsberg Estate welcomed agents and potential clients to our first open house event of the year, allowing guests to experience life on the property firsthand. The fabulous event took place at this luxurious villa in La Capellania, Benalmádena – a property our agent Dennis Moberg Nielsen listed.
The modern, luxury villa is located on a quiet residential street in one of the most prestigious urbanisations of Benalmádena. It is situated next to a private, historic rock, making the property truly unique.
Distributed over two floors and a basement, the villa consists of seven bedrooms and six bathrooms – four en-suite and one guest toilet. The villa also features a private infinity pool, seven large terraces, a three-car garage, laundry and storage facilities. All the terraces have a panoramic view of the Mediterranean Sea and the mountains.
On the ground floor is the bright, well-designed living room with double-height ceilings. In addition to this, there is a fully equipped, open-concept kitchen with an adjoined dining area.
The basement has been newly renovated and consists of a large living room with another fully equipped kitchen, dining area, a private gym and sauna.

Our team collaborated closely with one another and the property owners to organise the open house event – with our real estate intern Cecilie Gundersen ensuring everything came together.
Our marketing team sent invitations to agents and clients and used our social media platforms to promote the event. They then joined our real estate interns in decorating and preparing the property on the day.
On the outdoor terrace was a stunning setup with plenty of refreshments such as wine, cava and tasty tapas. A DJ had been arranged to come and play some excellent chill music – creating a pleasant atmosphere for all the attendees.
Our agents were ready by the door to greet guests upon arrival and give them a complete property tour.
The event was very successful, with several agents and potential clients attending. It was a great opportunity to not only generate interest in the property, but also to get to know potential buyers and network with other agents from agencies along the coast. It was also an excellent opportunity for our four interns to get insight and gain experience in hosting an open house.
