Golden opportunity to acquire a well-maintained spacious villa with wonderful views of the Mediterranean and surrounding mountains, located only 10 minutes walk to the beach. The villa consists of three parts with a main building, a detached fully equipped apartment, and a studio apartment. The current owner has a well functioning rental business, with several returning guests.

We enter the main building and are welcomed by a spacious hallway, which leads us on to the different parts of the house. Immediately to our left we have a fully equipped kitchen, with both washing machine and tumble dryer. We continue and find the first bedroom, and directly adjacent to it, is a bedroom en-suite with access to the large terrace with wonderful sea views.

Next comes a very large living room with a separate dining area, here there is room for 12 people around the table. From the living room you reach out to the sunny terrace and in addition, there is an exit with stairs leading down to the lovely pool area. Staying in the main house and directly to the right of the entrance, is a bathroom with shower. We continue and find two bedrooms one after the other, both bedrooms have nice sea views.

We take the stairs from the living room and come down to the pool area with its bar-b-que and solarium. During the day you enjoy the glorious sun and cool off in the pool, in the evenings you have the balmy summer breezes that give you peace of mind and body. The covered terrace with bar-b-que, has plenty of space for communal meals for the large family.

At the other end of the pool area is the entrance to the detached apartment, it can also be accessed from the entrance level where you park your car. The apartment has one bedroom and one bathroom, a large living room with fireplace, and kitchen and dining area. At the entrance to the apartment, you also have a large covered terrace. We go up to the entrance level and make our way to the studio apartment with a toilet, here it is also possible to add a shower and provide space for cooking facilities.

When living here, a car is a must. It takes 10 minutes to Almuñécar centre in one direction and 10 minutes in the other direction to Salobreña, 10 minutes walk to the nearest beach. Malaga airport is an hour away by car, but there is also a regular bus service from Almuñécar. There is an 18-hole golf course in Salobreña, less than 15 minutes' drive from the house. In winter you have just an hour and a half's drive to Granada with skiing in the Sierra Nevada, the best of both worlds.
